The reliability skill: an ally that actually finishes the ticket instead of quietly dropping it.
The most common failure mode with an AI agent isn't a wrong answer — it's a task that gets reported as finished when it wasn't, because nothing forced a real check before the handoff. This Skill Set installs that check.
It gives your ally a habit: before saying a task is complete, verify the one claim that actually matters — did the file save, did the email send, does the number in the summary match the number in the source. Small check, disproportionate payoff, because it's exactly the step most people (and most AI agents) skip under time pressure.
It also installs a simple escalation pattern: when something genuinely can't be verified or finished, the ally says so plainly instead of quietly leaving it half-done and moving on.
Before: “Done — I've sent that over.”
After: “Sent, and I confirmed it landed — subject line and attachment both checked against what you asked for. One thing to flag: the deadline you mentioned wasn't in the original brief, so I didn't include it. Want me to send a follow-up?”
If you've ever had an AI agent tell you something was handled when it wasn't, this is the fix — a standing habit of verification before the handoff, not an occasional afterthought.
Each one is built generically — install it once, use it with any capable AI.
